Terms of Service — 1FieldApp

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 1FieldApp website, platform and mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by E-MAAN DIGITAL. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

1FieldApp provides field force management tools including attendance logging, geo-verified field visits, store/stock/sales audits, leave management, insurance claim management, pre-selling and real-time analytics dashboards. Features may evolve over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid subscription during its term.

3. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned per organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Organisations are responsible for the actions of users on their account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by any method other than the interfaces we provide.
Do not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content or to infringe the rights of others.
Organisations must ensure that their use of location-verification features complies with applicable employment and data protection laws, and that employees are informed about workplace monitoring.

5. Data

Data recorded through the Service belongs to the subscribing organisation. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated, anonymised usage statistics to improve the Service.

6. Fees

Subscription pricing is agreed per organisation. Contact us on WhatsApp for a quote. Fees are payable as agreed in the applicable order; overdue accounts may be suspended after reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, remains the property of E-MAAN DIGITAL and its licensors. We grant subscribing organisations a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for their internal business purposes during their subscription.

8. Availability & disclaimer

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. Location data depends on device GPS accuracy and network conditions, which are outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-MAAN DIGITAL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid for the Service in that period.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, organisations may request an export of their data within 30 days.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
