1FieldApp is a field force management platform operated by E-MAAN DIGITAL ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website or use the 1FieldApp platform and mobile application. Questions? Contact us at solutions@emaan.digital.
Location capture is a core feature of 1FieldApp and is used solely for work verification purposes: confirming attendance, validating customer visits and preventing fraudulent activity reports. Location is captured at discrete work events; the visibility of this data is limited to the employee concerned and authorised users of the employer's organisation (such as supervisors and management dashboards).
We do not sell personal data. Data recorded in the app is shared with your employer or the organisation that operates your 1FieldApp account, which acts as the controller of that data. We may use trusted infrastructure providers (such as hosting services) to run the platform; they process data only on our instructions.
Operational data is retained for as long as the organisation's account remains active, or as required for legal and accounting purposes. Organisations may request deletion of their data when their engagement ends.
We apply industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, access controls and audit logging — to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. If you use 1FieldApp through your employer, some requests may need to be routed through them as the data controller. To exercise any right, contact solutions@emaan.digital.
